University honors years of service, retirees

Quinnipiac honored 95 members of the university community who are retiring or marking milestone years on Burt Kahn Court on our Mount Carmel Campus on May 22.

The following faculty members were recognized as retiring honorees:

  • Frank Gambardella, custodian
  • Thomas Gilmore, custodian
  • Barbara Lemieux, secretary for financial aid
  • Mary Lesser, internship coordinator for the College of Arts and Sciences
  • Christopher Morgan, custodian
  • Joseph Rubertone, associate vice president for facilities
  • Margaret Smyth, custodian
  • Sharon Thomas-Wright, secretary for the College of Arts and Sciences.

The following individuals were recognized for 45 years of service:

  • Evelyn Fracasso, professor of English in the College of Arts and Sciences
  • Grace Levine, professor in the School of Communications

The following individuals were recognized for 40 years of service:

  • Alfred Carbone, associate dean of admissions
  • Patrick Healy, senior vice president for finance
  • Benjamin Page, professor of philosophy in the College of Arts and Sciences
  • Ronald Quirk, professor of modern languages in the College of Arts and Sciences
  • Bruce Saulnier, professor of computer information systems in the School of Business and Engineering
  • Russell Woodman, professor of physical therapy in the School of Health Sciences

The following individual was recognized for 35 years of service:

The following individuals were recognized for 30 years of service:
