Professor David Hill quoted in USA Today on proposed FDA rule for antibacterial soap

Dr. David Hill, professor of medical sciences and director of global public health program in the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac Universitywas quoted in a USA Today article about a proposed FDA rule that would require manufacturers of antibacterial soap to prove their effectiveness and safety.

“Simple hand washing with soap and water still remains one of the most effective ways to decrease the risk of spreading infections after preparing food, using the toilet, or after coughing or blowing your nose,” said Hill

  1. I am glad there were Antibacterial soap which is good to keep our skin health. But unfortunately it still need further research to make it more effective.
