Professor Rich Hanley was quoted in an article on the history and future of the Internet

hanleyRich Hanley, associate professor and director of the graduate journalism program in the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University, was quoted in an E-Commerce Times article about how Tim Berners-Lee, who has been described as the father of the modern World Wide Web, is seeking to recapture the promise of a free and open Internet.

“Berners-Lee is a tragic figure in that he has witnessed the rise and fall of the Web as an open platform free from government interference and trickery, and is now seeking to recapture his original view,” said Hanley.
