Associate hockey coach recommends book on leadership

071015-billy-002Bill Riga MS ’15, associate head coach for our men’s ice hockey team, said Jim Collins’ “Good to Great: Why some companies make the leap … and others don’t” changed his outlook on team dynamics by explaining the common traits of organizations and leaders who transformed into success stories.

“From telling the hard truths to getting the right people on board and setting a path to your vision, the lessons gave me an inspirational framework on which to build my future successes as well as develop the language that I still use today in my professional life. I highly recommend it to anyone who is ever planning to be a successful leader.”
